Primary Function: Responsibilities of this administrative position include application evaluation, interviewing, territory management, and travel. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding and appreciation of a multifaceted comprehensive university.
Position Summary:
The individual in this position will work within a dynamic, collaborative enrollment management environment and be an integral part of the enrollment team. The primary focus of this position is on being an integral part of the admission team; charged with identifying, recruiting and enrolling a large, highly-qualified, and diverse new student class each year and to consistently achieve institutional enrollment goals for new first-year and transfer students through the implementation of a comprehensive recruiting and prospect management.
The estimated salary is $55,341.00 per year for 40 hours per week for 52 weeks.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and must be self-directed, team-oriented, and capable of working toward individual and common institutional goals. Interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven record of accomplishment and orientation toward consumer satisfaction. In addition, the successful candidate will have a high energy level, and possess a high level of computer literacy and analytical skills.
