Position Overview: Under the general supervision and guidance of the President, the Director of Family Engagement and Enrollment will establish and build relationships with families to support family well-being and strong parent-childrelationships. The Director will manage the administration and ongoing monitoring of Head Start eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment & attendance of ND’s Early Head Start & Head Start program to ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards.
