Pay Range: $17.50 – $18.00/hour

18 Degrees is where new beginnings come to light for children and families – and could be where your new career does the same! This Childcare Enrollment Specialist is a full-time role working for our multiple child care sites.

• Main responsibilities include working with parents to enroll their children in our childcare program and data entry into administrative systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Experience with intake responsibilities and billing/bookkeeping;
• Strong organizational skills; and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Experience working with/under MA EEC (Early Education and Care) licensing standards, a plus.
• Must also be a team player, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to problem solve independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
