Resilience Billing & Financial is a small medical billing company focused on outpatient behavioral health. We serve a diverse group of outpatient providers with a wide range of specialties. Our office is located on the historic Woodstock Square, providing a great setting for working with our growing team of supportive professionals. This is an administrative support position working in conjunction with our billing team, consisting largely of phone calls to insurance companies to help verify patient benefits for our clients and follow up on claims that have not been processed by insurers. Some additional data entry and clerical tasks are also required.
The number of hours per week is flexible, but full-time is preferred. This is an in-office position. Health insurance is available for full-time employees, with a $430 contribution towards the employee premium. Optional dental, vision and Life are available. Paid time off is also provided with hourly positions.
