Enrollment & Billing Director oversees one or more departments responsible for enrollment and billing operations for an insurance company. Ensures information accuracy and customer satisfaction. Being an Enrollment & Billing Director establishes and implements organizational policies. May offer guidance on appropriate handling of complex or high-value accounts. Additionally, Enrollment & Billing Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Enrollment & Billing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Reports to: Operations Manager for Maintenance & Senior Manager
Job Goals:
Members of the Stillman College maintenance team ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and all common areas are maintained in a clean aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skilled and/ r ability required.
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
- Basic knowledge of maintenance & facilities operations
- Background in any maintenance skilled area
- JOB DUTIES INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
● Must have working Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting and general handyman capabilities.
● General handyman capabilities include: pressure washing and power-tools.
● Job duties will also include: Cleaning and maintaining dumpster room and exterior trash clean-up.
● Pressure Washing
● Painting
● Preventive maintenance
● Setting up for events (parties, graduation, probates, sporting events, speaking ceremonies, concerts)
● Office relocation
● Assisting tradesmen on their projects
● Other duties assigned by manager or Director.
