Responsibilities:

1. Execute Marketing Strategy: Led by the Director of Enrollment, the Enrollment Manager will execute implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on attracting employers to our telehealth services. This includes assistance with identifying target markets, defining messaging, and selecting appropriate marketing channels.

1. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the reputation of our telehealth services through consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.

2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research specific to the employer-based telehealth sector to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies as needed.

3. Campaign Development: Implement the creation and execution of marketing campaigns targeting employers, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, webinars, and more.

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of current employer campaigns to maximize engagement. 

5. Partnership Development: Maintain partnerships with relevant employer organizations to enhance marketing efforts and reach new audiences within the employer organization. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, in the telehealth or healthcare industry with a focus on employer-based services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data & problem solve solutions
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for improving employee well-being through telehealth services
