Summary
The Billing Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing for our revenue streams, working collaboratively with different Departments to bridge gaps in the processes. This role is also responsible of overseeing and managing the Billing team (4-6 team members).

Support Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with the following:
Ensure timely and accurate billing for our revenue streams, with a focus on accuracy and monthly reporting of KPIs.
Oversee the daily workflow and provide technical support to the Revenue and Billing team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Account Management and Business Development, to resolve billing questions and bridge gaps with automated Billing processes.
Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to address Billing questions and process optimizations.
Monitor and report on key billing metrics.
Provide guidance to Billing team members, supporting their professional development and growth.
Conduct regular audits of billing processes and documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
Ensure compliance with the Revenue and Billing processes.
Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as required.
Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as needed.
Required Skills, Education and Experience
BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
2-5 years of Experience in billing, accounts receivable or customer service.
Experience in a lead or mentorship role (preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Full time, Monday through Friday, normal core business hours. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Currently, the company offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Compensation
Good faith annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 and is commensurate with experience.
