Purpose
Participate in the daily management and monitoring of Representatives on the Provider Enrollment Team. Manage the workflow associated with new group implementations with the goal of attaining timely payer and provider enrollments. Educate Representatives on new group workflow to deliver an exceptional client experience and an efficient and accurate outcome.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Function as a leader on the Provider Enrollment team by demonstrating a consistently positive “can do” attitude. Leads by example at all times
2. Assist in managing the workflow for the Provider Enrollment department
3. Research insurance provider enrollment requirements by state
4. Complete daily tasks with minimum guidance
5. Train new hires and current employees on processes and procedures
6. Assist in troubleshooting enrollment application issues that arise and determine best possible solutions
7. Coordinate new client implementation tasks within the Provider Enrollment department
8. Correspond regularly and professionally with all group contacts
9. Maintain and update all relevant credentialing reports
10. Communicate provider enrollment status to groups, providers, Client Services and Billing Operations as needed
11. Participate in regularly scheduled meetings
12. Follow the defined processes and policies as ordered by senior management
13. Attend conference calls with clients as needed following defined professional guidelines
14. Uphold company mission, vision and values

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Computer Skills
Prior word processing, spreadsheet and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word required.
Experience
Three to four years supervisory experience preferred.
