Responsibilities:

• Enroll businesses in benefits accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize computer systems and software to input and track insurance data.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely enrollment of benefits.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in health insurance processing is a plus.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Training:

• In-office training will be provided to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our processes and systems.
• Training period duration will be determined based on individual progress and readiness.

Work Schedule:

• Initial in-office training, followed by a transition to a work-from-home schedule.
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate business needs.
