Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable & Receivable Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and providing support to staff in the execution of the accounting function. This is a remote position with mandatory in person attendance at quarterly meetings, therefore the applicant must reside within the Charlotte NE Metro Area or within travel distance to the meetings.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
- 3 years proficiency in using QuickBooks & Excel

- 5 years Medical Billing Experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
