Enrollment & Billing Representative jobs in New Haven, CT

We are seeking a motivated Enrollment Representative to join our team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company supporting the sales initiatives for national brands in the telecom sector.

As an Enrollment Representative, you will be responsible for helping customers access low-cost internet and phone services. This is an opportunity to be an ambassador in your community and help guide customers on how they can best save money on their internet plan.

Earn a competitive commission while helping people in your community. Work independently while being supported by an experienced team. You will be able to choose your own hours.

As an Enrollment Representative, you will:

• Use your sales skills for customer acquisition.
• Utilize various acquisition channels such as flyering, events, door-to-door, digital, and more.
• Input customer information and process orders for low-cost products and services.
• Provide information about the products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
• Document and update customer records.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 25 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable access to transportation.

Pay Range: Competitive Commission Opportunity

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work setting:

• In-person
