The Fertility Institute of New Orleans (FINO) is hiring a highly motivated Patient Specialist Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
At FINO, we are committed to providing the best care to all our patients and making it a reality. As a Patient Specialist Representative, your primary responsibility is to help our patients feel welcome and ensure they receive the necessary support and have positive financial interactions.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, be capable of making quick decisions, and solve problems to achieve patient/customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with policies and financial standards.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in Medical Office Setting
- Customer service training/experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer skills evidenced by proficiency and /or training with applicable software (excel/word)
- Ability to set priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD coding
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
- Passion for Women's health/fertility
