Maintains related documents, updates corresponding records and responsible for enrollment and billing query. Being an Enrollment & Billing Representative requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Fast Growing Medical Billing company seeking individual to work as our Patient Liaison for multi-clientele. Prior experience within the areas of Infusion Therapy and/ or Onconolgy preferred. Additional experience with payment posting, medical billing processes, handling patient inbound/outbound calls within the revenue cycle management experience desirable. The right candidate will be available to work remotely during normal business hours. Position will be part-time initially (30 Hrs./ week), expanding to 30-40 hours within 3-6 months or less. Person must be flexible to work hours within all time zones from Central to Pacific Time, have a quiet office setting with high-speed internet and a PC Windows computer no older than 2 years. Salary base monthly bonus. Required skills/experience: Excellent communication (written and verbal), PC/ Microsoft Excel, Outlook and working with online software systems experience.
