Job Summary

• The Enrollment Specialist performs a variety of duties related to groups and membership.
• The Enrollment Specialist ensures continued membership, retention, growth and education by providing quality, professional, personalized service to all members according to the plan guidelines.
• The Enrollment Specialist performs ongoing quality assurance functions to ensure compliance with all governmental requirements and regulations.

Education and/or Experience

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Two to five years of experience in health insurance is preferred.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $19.25 - $24.25 per hour
