The Role

The Enrollment Coordinator is a key player in school data management, student information, and recruitment. In this pivotal position, you will:

• Recruit families to our school campuses

• Maintain accurate student information data and records

• Assist in seamless school operations

• Support excellent teaching and learning through data-informed decisions

• Collaborate closely with the school operations team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and actionability of student information

• Input and report student daily attendance

• Provide daily absence reports to campus staff

• Submit attendance/census information to the central office and other agencies as required and by specified deadlines

• Make phone calls for enrollment purposes

• Communicate with parents/guardians of prospective students, sending letters regarding our school campus

• Collaborate with the truancy team or other designated staff on campus-wide enrollment and attendance initiatives

• Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of personnel, business, and other sensitive, proprietary information

• Perform additional duties as assigned, adapting to our school's evolving needs

The Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Prior job-related experience, including implementing attendance policies and strategies (preferred)

• Familiarity with attendance tracking software or school information systems (preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Experience working in a school setting (preferred)
