Enrollment & Billing Supervisor jobs in Concord, NH

The role of the Employee Enrollment Specialist position is to process VDC (Veteran Directed) & FMS (Fiscal Management Services) enrollment paperwork following program policies and procedures. The Employee Enrollment Specialist would then be responsible for entering vetted employees/vendors into FMS Engine. Duties would be shared with the Enrollment Specialist. Each staff would have a payroll-specific area of expertise but be able to provide adequate back-up support for each other.

Essential Job Functions:

• Process incoming VDC employee enrollment paperwork packets (save to correct areas based on State/program, and labeled appropriately
• Provide accuracy verification for incoming enrollment packets and communicating to States/Programs when enrollments are completed.
• Review Background Check Process results—and interpret findings as appropriate.
• Provide back-up to Enrollment Specialist
• Enroll FMS & VDC employees/vendors demographic information into FMS Engine Enrollment Module, daily
• Ensure that duties related to “Enrollment” are completed in ‘real time’ such that e-timesheet users have accurate and up to-date information available.
• Mail agencies/potential enrollees documents when requested
• VDC e-Timesheets module management and enrollments
• Assist customer service representatives with research regarding enrollments and status of packets
• Other duties as assigned
