Position Summary

Stealth Monitoring is a dynamic, profitable, security business that has been growing rapidly for years. Having recently completed a major funding round from private investors and acquiring another sizable business, our Billing team is looking for an experienced Billing Supervisor to join us! The role will be working closely with our diverse and result oriented Finance team and will also have cross functional interactions with personnel from other departments throughout the organization If you are looking for an environment that is passionate, friendly, and full of energy than this is the right place for you.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Oversee and evolve the process for generating invoices related to monthly subscriptions, new site installations and service tickets accurately in an efficient and effective manner.

· Ensures invoices are distributed timely in accordance with customer requirements and requests using a variety of means; including customer invoice web portals, email and mail.

· Ensure that the team is providing an exceptional customer experience for both external and internal customers..

· Ensure that the customer master records are appropriately entered and maintained in NetSuite to meet the requirements of the billing team and other teams throughout the organization.

· Prepare or oversee the preparation of monthly reconcilations of transactional activity, including invoices, credit memos and RMA’s to ensure that the accounting system is properly aligned with and capturing all transactions.

· Develop, update, and adapt procedural documents, spreadsheets and a variety of reports to ensure that process is well understood and followed effectively throughout the billing team.

· Other duties as required.

Qualifications

· Post-secondary education in accounting or comparable work experience.

· Minimum 4 years US billing experience.

· Experience with Oracle NetSuite would be an asset.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word, Outlook.

Working Conditions

· Hybrid work Model.

· Must reside in the Dallas, TX area and be available for in-office work and meetings, as required.
