Enrollment & Billing Supervisor oversees staff responsible for enrollment and billing operations for an insurance company. Ensures that information is processed accurately and appropriately. The candidate will assist in Head Start Enrollment and follow up with families to meet the paperwork and form requirements for enrollment success.
Responsibilities include.
1. Provide support services to Child Development Service families.
2. Assist families with enrollment, including custody, transportation, health, etc., and follow-up with families.
3. Conduct home visits with potential Child Development Services families for the purpose of enrollment and providing services.
4. Provide emergency referral services to potential Child Development Services families.
5. Provide transportation to potential Child Development families who need assistance in getting WEST OHIO CAP office.
6. Assist with monthly contact of waiting list families by phone or letter.
7. Provide office and phone coverage in the social service area, and maintain tracking of Child Development Services clients.
8. Assist with recruitment and preparation of classroom documents for enrolled children.
9. Filing of Child Development Services documents.
10. Participate in training and staff meetings as assigned.
11. Follow all ODE, ODJFS, and Head Start guidelines in meeting Head Start goals.
12. Perform CACFP (USDA) duties as assigned.
13. Assist with overall phone, front lobby, and program coverage as requested.
14. Assist the CFSC in clerical tasks associated with enrollment and follow up as needed.
15. Attend all meetings requested by supervisor.
16. Report and document suspected child abuse in a timely manner to appropriate people.
17. Comply with and enforce all WEST OHIO CAP/Child Development Services rules and regulations.
18. Act as an advocate for Child Development Services rules and regulations
Must possess a AA in Human Services or Social Services Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong multi-task and organizational habits and computer experience a requirement! The candidate will be the backup for the receptionist at the front desk which includes the management of a multi-line phone system
