Education & Process Analyst – Billing & Enrollment

  • As the Education & Process Analyst - MBE, you will be responsible for evaluating, documenting, and updating current workflows, work instructions, and processes to ensure that Membership Billing and Enrollment (MBE) is utilizing and following standard practices, as well as ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are being met. You will utilize process improvement methodologies, data, and visuals to assist front-line staff in identifying areas of waste and opportunities for efficiencies. In addition, you will identify opportunities for training and education for the department, deliver appropriate trainings and resources to address those needs.

    • Facilitate in person and online sessions for MBE team members to collaborate on various workflows and processes, as well as trainings.

    • Ensure MBE workflows, work instructions, and processes are continuously updated and aligned with business needs, regulations, and best practices.

    • Ensures all work processes are documented within the department and maintain a department database of all work processes that are aligned with regulation requirements.

    • Analyze current processes and workflows to eliminate waste and maximize efficiencies across MBE by utilizing process improvement methodologies.

    • In partnership with MBE Leadership and Corporate Learning & Development, identify and implement standard work competencies that encompass both organizational and departmental functions.

    • Assess training outcomes, identify, and implement improvements; develop reporting for measurement of training needs and results through surveys, evaluation forms, or consultations with leadership staff.

    • Collaborates with the Support/Optimization Team and leaders to ensure complete delivery and utilization of standard work.

    • Plan, prioritize and identify training needs for new projects, initiatives, and changes, including preparation of communication tools.

    • Collaborate, as needed, with the Corporate Learning and Development Team to ensure best practice and organizational standards are implemented.

    • Serve as an internal resource for the MBE team through collaboration and partnership, active listening, engagement and transparency. Shares ideas openly and in a constructive manner.

    • Assists with the onboarding of new employees into the department, as well as enhancing the current onboarding package.

    • Support MBE leadership in tracking and monitoring team members task competencies, provide visual aids and tracking of progress across the various product lines.

    • Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

    Education

    Four-year college degree in teaching, business, Human Resources, or communications; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

    Required Experience

    Two years’ experience with training, training program development and/or leadership experience.

    Preferred Experience

    Process Improvement experience. Understanding of project management concepts and methodologies. Six Sigma or PMP certification.
