Enterprise Architecture Director directs the architectural design, development, and deployment of an organization's overall IT systems. Leads the strategy, management, and implementation of the systems architecture function. Being a Enterprise Architecture Director ensures that systems are designed to consider functional requirements, scalability, and security. Evaluates system solutions based on user needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms. Additionally, Enterprise Architecture Director identifies and researches potential technology products to enhance solution delivery. Participates in creating strategies and policies to meet overall business goals. Oversees implementation of architecture system and advises adjustments to top management. May require a master's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Enterprise Architecture Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Enterprise Architecture Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     A Commercial Superintendent oversees the construction crew, ensuring everyone works safely, efficiently, and adheres to construction regulations. They function as a liaison, collaborating closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors. Additionally, they communicate progress updates to stakeholders. If you are a detail-oriented leader with a passion for construction, this role might be an excellent fit.

    Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

    • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
    • Ensure compliance with project plans, blueprints, and specifications
    • Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and materials effectively
    • Prioritize safety protocols and enforce adherence to regulations
    • Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections
    • Maintain high-quality work standards throughout the project
    • Allocate resources efficiently (personnel, equipment, materials)
    • Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed
    • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries
    • Serve as the point of contact for project stakeholders
    • Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges
    • Address any issues promptly to prevent delays
    • Resolve construction-related problems swiftly
    • Make informed decisions to keep the project on track
    • Anticipate potential issues and proactively find solutions

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
    • Experience in commercial construction.
    • Proven history of successfully managing complex projects.
    • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Familiarity with construction software and tools (i.e., Bluebeam & Procore)
    • P6 Scheduling
