The Position:

We’re looking for a project / permit coordinator to handle a variety of tasks related to project, client, and permit coordination as well as to occasionally assist with marketing, bidding services, research, and other office tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who is well organized, self-motived, hardworking, proactive, and professional with strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Our practice is results-oriented with a focus on accountability and overall excellence in the field.

Key Professional Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Ability to multi-task and efficiently respond to a range of requests from various sources including clients, staff, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with client and project team including other staff members, consultants and contractors to successfully convey information.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency with online cloud-based systems and office related software and apps. Familiarity with various social media platforms and other online marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines using efficient planning and excellent time-management skills.

The Location:

Our main office is located in the heart of West Palm Beach, FL, just off I-95 within minutes of the Palm Beach International Airport, Downtown West Palm Beach, Rosemary Square (aka CityPlace), and a variety of restaurants and events such as ‘Clematis By Night’. Ample free parking is provided at office, no parking permit required.

Job-Type: Full-Time Salary (Hourly Part-Time Position May be Available, Ask for Details)

Schedule / Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
