Enterprise Architecture Director directs the architectural design, development, and deployment of an organization's overall IT systems. Leads the strategy, management, and implementation of the systems architecture function. CSArch, an A/E firm with offices in Albany and Newburgh, NY is currently seeking a full-time Interior Designer for the Albany office. Ideal candidate should have an Interior Design or related degree, not yet certified with at least 1-5 years of work experience. Experience with Revit and Enscape preferred. The Interior Designer is responsible for the development of design solutions, researching and selecting colors/finishes/materials, performing site surveys and maintaining resource materials. Working towards completion of NCIDQ certification is preferred but not required.
Licensure Requirements: None (expectation of pursuing professional certification preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years Interior Design experience.
Computer Skills: Revit- minimum of 1-3 years experience and other design/presentation software programs.
Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
Detail oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, accurate, work well under pressure, ability to follow directions and ask questions.
40 hours M-F; overtime as necessary to meet deadlines, travel, driving, occasional lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs. Site observations may involve outdoor weather, year-round, moving mechanical equipment, climbing ladders/scaffolding and observing high area construction activities. Noise level is often loud. Background check may be required. Requires use of hardhat, construction boots, and possibly other safety equipment as required on a construction site.
