  • Your role will be that of Enterprise Business Development Representative. The primary responsibility would be identifying and engaging prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and ultimately contributing to the overall growth of our client base. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Business Development Representative that will play a pivotal role in driving Lead Generation efforts of the enterprise-level customers within the millwork and cabinet industry for the INNERGY ERP solution.

    It’s important to note that INNERGY is still very entrepreneurial – meaning we all need to wear different hats at different times. We are a group of generalists that can serve many different needs as we evolve.

    Duties & Responsibilities include:

    • Conduct thorough market research using tools like ZoomInfo to identify potential enterprise-level customer operating in the millwork and cabinet industry
    • Utilize various channels, including cold-calling, email campaigns, site visits, and social media to generation leads resulting in a robust sales pipeline
    • Engage with the identified Buying Committee in target organizations to understand their status quo, business needs, and pain points. Qualify these leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with our ERP solution and the prospect’s requirements.
    • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and consultative selling techniques.
    • Collaborate with the Demand Capture team to transition qualified lead for further exploration and into the sales workflow.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS ERP software and its benefits for custom manufacturers in the millwork and cabinet industries.
    • Clearly articulate and demonstrate the INNERGY value proposition of our solutions and Education platform to potential clients.
    • Collaborate with Product Specialists, Solution Engineers, and other team members to strategize and align efforts in targeting enterprise-level customers. Provide valuable insights and feedback from prospect interactions to enhance overall marketing and sales strategy
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.
    • Provide regular reports on Lead Generation activities, progress, and key metrics to the Head of Sales.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge and Preferred Qualifications:

    • BS in Business Management; Experience in B2B SaaS environment a plus
    • Organized, efficient and deadline driven

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Solid verbal and written communication skills
    • Teamwork oriented with collaboration skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Ability to interact effectively and work congenially in a small and remote office environment
    • Experience in a Learning Management System is a plus


    Training and Job Performance Period:

    Simply due to process consistency, we believe this role will be able to make an impact towards the INNERGY Lead Generation goals almost immediately upon being hired. That being said, there is a ramp up time to understand the industry and the problems it faces. You can expect the following support structure upon being hired:

    • Comprehensive walkthroughs of the INNERGY Solution with the Product Team.
    • Onboarding Plan, document, and Continuous Improvement Roadmap.
    • Meetings with Product, Implementation and Education Teams going over process.
    • Interview current clients to understand why they joined INNERGY and the pain points INNERGY has solved.
    • Learn via osmosis – you will be invited to many calls with prospects and customers as a guest for the first 90 days.
    • 90-day, 6 month, and yearly reviews.
    • Join the INNERGY team at multiple Sales and Education events

    Position requirements:

    • Ability to travel for maximum of one week at a time. Both domestic and international travel may be required. A valid US passport will be required, if not already in place. Weekend travel may be required during conventions and shows.
    • Your position is not expected to require a significant amount of travel, but we expect that you might be on the road up to 20% of your time.
    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
    • Ability to work / look at a monitor for extended periods of time.
    • Ability to lift 45lbs or less.
