Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction management.
Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are maintained
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as necessary
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and provide updates on project status
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, procedures, and best practices
- Proficient in construction management software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera
- Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control principles
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities
