Enterprise Infrastructure Director manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Director determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Director is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The STAR Program within Summit Utilities was created to build the next generation of organizational leaders. The STAR program is a 12-month rotational program where the Analyst will spend 3-months in IT, and 2-months in each major functional business area during the program. The goal of the program is to develop local SAP Utility talent.
We have an exciting opportunity for a STAR Enterprise Business Analyst with the ability to work in a hybrid environment in either Fort Smith or Little Rock Arkansas.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This STAR Enterprise Business Analyst role will be a 12-month position that will rotate through IT and four major Business Areas – Customer Experience (SAP-ISU/C4C), Finance (S/4HANA/FICO), Field Services (S/4HANA/FSM), and Enterprise Asset Management & Supply Chain Management (S/4HANA/EAM/SCM) – with placement within the organization upon successful completion of the program.
This role will work with IT and business leaders across all levels to learn the daily functions of each area; define project goals and direct them; and assist in the design, testing, implementation, training, and support of Summit’s SAP ecosystem. This role will be provided with the opportunity to gain good leadership and organization skills as well as build best practice business skills achieved through daily interactions with management and IT department members.
