    This position is responsible for leading IT Enterprise Managed Services, Operations, and Infrastructure Engineering functions. The Director, Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Shared Services role is to provide technology leadership in the planning and strategy, architecture, deployment, management and operation of essential IT operations/infrastructure and support services. The role will provide oversight for IT Operations, storage, servers, cloud computing, IT service desk, end-user support, and vendor management. This role will provide oversight and drive the expansion and maturity the Operational Support model of the org through partnerships with key Managed Services Providers. This function will also play a critical role in evaluation of innovative technologies, development of multi-year roadmaps, capital and expense planning, and the creation of business cases to drive investment.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

    • Lead the Infrastructure Engineering function, which includes responsibility for the design and delivery of Compute, Storage, and monitoring services to support daily operation of Stores, Distribution Centers, Mixing Centers, the Store Support Center, and Omnichannel.
    • Assess and drive IT process and technology roadmaps for Infrastructure and IT Shared Services.
    • Assist and Drive the Infrastructure capability transformation for Cloud and internal systems, with focus on user-experience, resilience, performance, availability, and total cost of ownership.
    • Oversee the architecture, technical solutions and standards for servers, desktops, mobility, and enterprise systems.
    • Manage and oversee Infrastructure and Operations Vendor and Managed Services partner relationship.
    • Lead and drive the transformation of the delivery of IT Infrastructure and Operations through leveraging Managed Services Partners to establish a more mature, scalable, predictable, around the clock, around the globe support solution.
    • Build and drive an operational strategy that meets the needs and requirements of the business.
    • Advocate for and advance the adoption of modern public/private Cloud tools and methodologies when appropriate to improve operational efficiencies and to speed up delivery of services.
    • Implement the latest industry products and technologies, while determining how new technologies can be integrated into company's IT workflow to drive efficiency gains.

    Required Qualifications

    Experience: 10 years of professional experience in IT, including experience in ITIL functions and processes. 5 years of proven leadership at a senior level directing a team of manager direct reports and associate staff.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a technology-related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

    Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities

    • Strong understanding of systems, networking, data center operations, PC operating systems, hardware, protocols, and standards.
    • Experience to present ideas in business and end user friendly terms to senior level management. Align solutions to solve business challenges.
    • Experience in establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
    • Good knowledge of financial analysis and models.
    • Proven track record of leading strategic change across technology environments.
    • Experience in a fast-paced technology environment, with a strong focus on business and financial results.
    • Demonstrated strong retail business acumen.
