This position would be a hybrid role and require the candidate to work on-site in the Farmingdale, Long island headquarters office approximately 2 days per week. This position will spearhead project and program management tasks for the Digital Enterprise Experience (DEx) team, concentrating on internal staff and enterprise applications. It involves robust collaboration within the broader IT department and with both internal and external stakeholders. The overall goal of this role is to effectively manage the DEx project portfolio, ensure completion within the set time frame and budgetary constraints, act as the strategic leader for the team and motivate and guide the team's direction and momentum.

The base salary range for this role would be commensurate with experience: $120k-$140k per year
