This position would be a hybrid role and require the candidate to work on-site in the Farmingdale, Long island headquarters office approximately 2 days per week.  This position will spearhead project and program management tasks for the Digital Enterprise Experience (DEx) team, concentrating on internal staff and enterprise applications. It involves robust collaboration within the broader IT department and with both internal and external stakeholders. The overall goal of this role is to effectively manage the DEx project portfolio, ensure completion within the set time frame and budgetary constraints, act as the strategic leader for the team and motivate and guide the team's direction and momentum.

Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment, scaling, upgrading, and maintenance of both employee and enterprise applications. This encompasses a range of systems such as CRM for Sales and Lead Management (including custom solutions and HubSpot), Financial Management (Infor XA), Manufacturing & Production (custom solutions alongside Infor XA), Warehousing Management (a mix of Infor WMS Cloudsuite, custom solutions, and Infor XA), Quality Management (custom alongside Infor XA), and Inventory Management (Infor XA and Infor WMS)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new software with existing systems.
• Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project management process.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, assisting in troubleshooting and issue resolution as needed.
• Analyze project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
• Ability to document detailed requirement documents and expanding them into functional/technical design and testing documents.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress to senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage knowledge sharing among team members.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience with 10 years relevant IT technical project management experience
• Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Strong business acumen in ecommerce, manufacturing, and distribution businesses.
• Experience with data management and business intelligence concepts to serve functional needs.
• Excellent ability to troubleshoot issues via SQL.
• Excellent portfolio, program, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
• Proficiency in Power BI analytics and reporting platform.
• Understanding of data infrastructure to support advanced analytics.

The base salary range for this role would be commensurate with experience: $120k-$140k per year
