Job Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for leading a high performing Commercial Sales team in the CE Central Plains Region and will drive the sales of our HVAC commercial equipment. The Director of Commercial is responsible for sales/margin, revenue and market share based on a defined plan that is reviewed quarterly and will be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies aimed at driving growth across all product lines.
