Enterprise Infrastructure Director manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Director determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Director is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Qualifications:
     

    We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director who can rise to meet the challenge of this new reality. Success in this role requires the experience/ability to differentiate yourself through thought leadership and data driven insights with a personal brand that includes trust, loyalty, and agility. The Enterprise Sales Director sells and delivers all of Oakwood Systems Group services while collaborating with our marquee technology partner - Microsoft. With a strong understanding of the technology and tools that Oakwood delivers, the Enterprise Sales Director uses a data strategy to grow existing and add new business.

    Responsibilities:
     

    • Generating, qualifying, and closing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
    • Applying in-depth understanding of Oakwood solutions/service offerings to address complex and strategic technology needs within businesses.
    • Developing and maintaining a quality pipeline of prospects; discovering, developing, and managing relationships with prospective customers to sell our services.
    • Understanding customer pain points; identifying solutions by leading and participating in strategy sessions with prospective and existing customers.
    • Making informed business decisions based on quantifiable information and numbers.
    • Creating and presenting proposals to stakeholders; providing thorough and accurate insight into their strategic initiatives; determining the customers’ capacity, ability, and desire to purchase our types of services; communicating how our services align with their strategic needs.
    • Retaining customers by maintaining a high level of responsiveness to both existing and prospective customer requests for technology solutions.
    • Meeting and/or exceeding an assigned sales target of $2 - $4 million.
    • Applying understanding of technology operations, corporate technology infrastructure, networking technologies, and applications in a typical enterprise environment.
    • Assuring customer satisfaction and retention through consistent communication; soliciting/identifying additional business and solving problems.
    • Engaging and driving demand generation activities through virtual/video meetings, email, blogs, social media, and other digital channels.

     
    Key Requirements:   

    • 7 years’ experience in consultative selling specific to technology solutions and services to mid-market companies; strong understanding of Cloud, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS capabilities.
    • A proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding assigned quotas and developing new customer leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
    • Possessing the ability to build trust by communicating pertinent information and data via video, email, phone and/or face-to-face; projecting confidence, expertise, and sincerity in the delivery of proposals to stakeholders.
    • An ability to take a holistic and strategic approach to the business process, leveraging a deep understanding of end-to-end business models and sales.
    • Possessing strong problem-solving abilities; ability to evaluate patterns from closed/won or closed/loss business and applying learnings to future deals.
    • Demonstrable effective communication skills.
    • An ability to adjust behaviors that lead to different actions and better outcomes.
    • Technical proficiency; data and sales technology literacy; experience utilizing sales intelligence and CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
    • A history of ongoing professional development activities.
