Enterprise Infrastructure Director manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Director determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Director is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.   • Job Summary: We are seeking a hardworking, experienced professional to oversee operations of our South-Central facility. This position is located in the Odessa, TX facility. This is an exempt, salaried position, reporting directly to the President of RAM Enterprise, Inc.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Safety

    • Actively promote Safety as the Company’s top priority.
    • Implement and maintain company safety program with the help of Safety Director.

    Sales and Marketing

    • Monitor and manage regional sales activities and projections in each business unit.
    • Monitor job profitability and ensure orders remain within predetermined company GP parameters.
    • Thorough knowledge and understanding of all product lines and services offered, and ability to prepare bids/pricing in collaboration with Regional Business Unit Directors
    • Develop strategies on marketing and selling products and services in collaboration with Regional Business Unit Directors, Business Development and Marketing departments.

    Operations and Management

    • Responsible for all operational activities within the Region.
    • Ensure all operating costs are monitored closely and maintained within budget as compared to revenue.
    • Implement and monitor all service and product contracts in conjunction with Contracts Department.
    • Understand and manage labor utilization.
    • Maintain, monitor, and look for continuous improvement in all aspects of safety, quality, customer service and productivity.
    • Focus on core employee retention and reducing turnover by maintaining a high level of employee engagement
    • Supervise the hiring, training, development, and performance of personnel
    • Work closely with the HR department to ensure all employee issues and concerns are handled effectively
    • Oversee building and premises
    • Oversee maintenance of vehicles and equipment in conjunction with Maintenance Dept

    Financial

    • Plan and implement annual forecast and budget in conjunction with Business Unit Managers and Executive Team.
    • Meet or exceed net profit target as established above.
    • Submit Capital Requests as needed.

    Qualifications and Skills Required:

    • Minimum of 7 years previous experience in management position in mining or construction industry required.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
    • Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.
    • Knowledge and ability to provide analysis of finances, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Must possess excellent negotiation, management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Professional level communication and interpersonal skills required, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.
