Enterprise Infrastructure Director manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Director determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Director is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     WHO we’re looking for:

    We are looking for an Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist whose primary responsibility includes end-user support, high level systems maintenance to ensure security integrity, system upgrades, and infrastructure support of information technology used.  As well as review and recommend new system software and hardware. This position will also work with IT Director to manage Facilities responsibilities. 

    Role and Responsibilities:
    • End User Support 
    • Diagnosing hardware and software problems. 
    • Support daily operations via Help Desk requests.
    • Routine Maintenance 
    • Monitor and Maintain technology infrastructure for proper operation and security. 
    • Installing/configuring new computers/telephones.
    • Repairing/upgrading PC hardware and software. 
    • Troubleshooting printers/scanners/copiers.
    • Maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies. 
    • Undertake the day-to-day operation of backup systems. 
    • Infrastructure Support 
    • Procure technology via proper purchase methods as set forth by Accounting Dept.
    • Researching, learning, and evaluating new software. 
    • Documenting systems.
    • Recommending system and hardware upgrade. 
    • Support-Management deployment of Enterprise Apps - MS Office 365 Enterprise.
    • Troubleshooting complex problems.
    • Computer Hardware Support.
    • Server management (Windows Server 2019).
    • End point management including Windows, Apple Macintosh, iOS, Android, etc.
    • Network Systems Management.
    • Monitors system for performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
    • Website Hosting support (cPanel, WordPress, SEO, etc.)
    • Facilities Support
    • Provide assistance to facility requirements.
    • Coordination of facility contractors.
    • Assist in the setup of desks and other work environments.
    • Ensure maintenance schedules are met. 
    • Must be able to show discretion and independent judgment.
    • Project management.
    Required Experience and Education:
    • 5 years of experience.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
    • Experience in the field or in a related area is helpful.
    • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
    • Industry Certifications such as MCSE, MCP, A or N is preferred.
    Necessary Skills and Attributes:
    • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
    • Communication skills using speech and writing.
    • Ability to systematically troubleshoot complex problems.
    • Ability to adapt to change.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Familiar with all operating systems
    • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products.
    • IT Help Desk experience is preferred.
    • Mechanically inclined.

Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

    Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
