POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Director, Civil Infrastructure Products leads a regional sales team in promoting and selling our comprehensive line of civil infrastructure products. This role involves managing a team of regionally focused account executives, account managers, and estimators to drive customer acquisition, development, and estimating processes. The regional sales team drives revenue growth, develops, and executes strategic sales plans, and ensures customer satisfaction. The Sales Director is responsible for cost-effectively attaining revenue and profitability targets.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role supports our operations in Northern California, Northern Nevada, the Pacific Northwest, and Hawaii. The ideal candidate will be based within the region (e.g., Northern CA, Reno, etc.). Finally, this is a hybrid role with a travel requirement of between 30-50%.
