Enterprise Infrastructure Director manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Director determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Director is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     The Pipeline Technician complies with all Federal and State regulations and Company policies and procedures to accurately locate and prevent damage to company pipelines. The candidate must also effectively use maps, alignment sheets, and drawings to identify and mark affected company pipelines. They will contact excavators or landowners as necessary to review proposed excavation, uses an electronic locator to locate the pipeline(s), probe and stake pipeline(s), monitor excavations and complete crossing report(s) to prevent damage to company pipelines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Accurately locating and marking buried pipelines using electronic line locator and manual devices.
    • Enforcing the company’s excavation, one-call, and damage prevention policies including exercising stop work obligation if unsafe conditions exist.
    • Resolving conflicts, questions or concerns related to excavations occurring near company assets that are within the one-call system.
    • Ensuring right-of- way signage meets company requirements.
    • Assisting with community Damage Prevention and Public Awareness meetings
    • Assisting with Aerial Patrol Programs and as requested by Operations.
    • Launches and receives cleaning pigs and assist with the launch and receiving of smart tools.
    • Oversee contractors working on company assets.
    • Assist with the operation of Terminal assets.
    • Assist with routine maintenance of pumps and electric motors.
    • Performs remedial and preventative maintenance, maintains facility appearance and safety through good housekeeping practices.
    • Attend all safety meetings and safety training courses as required by Company and regulatory agencies.
    • Performs regulatory inspections and any other duties assigned by their supervisor.

    Qualifications


    The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

    • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required
    • Meet requirements of Company Operator Qualification Program and perform identified covered tasks and remain compliant.
    • Meet requirements of Company Process Safety Management Program and perform identified covered tasks and remain compliant.
    • Great team player who interacts his/her effectively with co-workers, customers, and the public, whether in a group or in independent cooperative activities.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
    • Must be willing and able to perform essential functions of this position in an outdoor environment under variables such as inclement weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, wind and precipitation), variable heights, and unstable terrain.
    • Must successfully complete all pre-employment screening requirements; including, but not limited to criminal and employment background checks, DOT drug screen.
    • Able to read and understand maps, prints, drawings, and technical manuals.
    • Climbs and works at various heights and may work in a standing, sitting, lying down, crouched, or kneeling position. Must be able to lift 60lbs. from ground level.
    • Possess basic computer skills and be proficient in MS Office applications.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude.
    • Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple requests from several sources.
    • Ability to work with or without direct supervision and alone or as part of a team.
    • Proficiency with and ability to utilize and operate hand, pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
    • Required to participate in the Respiratory Protection Program and wear respirator to perform tasks.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license.
    • Must live or relocate within 1 hour of reporting time.
    • Monday – Friday 8 hr./day normal work schedule
    • The ability to take callouts and work overtime is required.
    • The ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time is required.
