Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Manager is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. About the Position
The IT organization of The Holdsworth Center is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity for The Holdsworth Center and The Campus on Lake Austin. . The Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, Sr. Manager has specific responsibility for building, configuring, maintaining, enhancing, and eventually decommissioning our infrastructure and cybersecurity platforms. This role reports directly to the Director of IT.
The Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, Sr. Manager will be responsible for Holdsworth’s portfolio of enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity platforms utilized by 125 end-users at the organization. This position requires an individual with a strong technical background, as well as an ability to work with cross-functional teams to align priorities and plans with key business objectives. The Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, Sr. Manager provides strategic direction for the organization’s technical infrastructure and security (including hardware, software, servers, databases, storage solutions, networks, audiovisual equipment or physical facilities) in support of critical organizational business needs.
