Overview

Alex Lee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure to lead our IT infrastructure team. If you're a tech-savvy leader with a proven track record in managing teams supporting cloud, networking, phones, wireless, physical servers, Virtual environments, data storage, and backup, we want to hear from you! 

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals responsible for cloud infrastructure, networking, telephony, wireless, physical servers, data storage, and backup systems. 

- Develop and execute strategies for optimizing IT infrastructure to meet business goals, including scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with company objectives. 

- Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and performance of all infrastructure components. 

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective service delivery. 

- Drive initiatives to enhance data security, disaster recovery, and business continuity. 

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations. 

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, v Information Technology, or related experience; 

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. 

- Proven experience leading and motivating high-performing teams. 

- Expertise in cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, telephony, wireless technologies, physical server management, data storage, and backup solutions. 

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure. 

- Relevant certifications a plus.
