IT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

At the core of ProService Hawaii's commitment to excellence, the IT Infrastructure Manager role is fundamental in developing a technology framework that aligns with our strategic vision. This role focuses on establishing a resilient, secure, and forward-thinking IT infrastructure, pivotal for smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Prioritizing security within our IT practices, the manager is dedicated to safeguarding our systems against threats, ensuring data protection, and maintaining trust.

Alongside, the role incorporates business continuity to guarantee operational readiness against any disruptions. Through continuous improvement, leveraging advanced technology, and a proactive approach to IT challenges, the IT Infrastructure Manager plays a critical role in empowering our teams to surpass client expectations, solidifying our market leadership and reinforcing our commitment to security and operational excellence.

In this role you will directly manage a team of 3 , and drive towards results through your passion for infrastructure resilience, security and service excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor's degree in Technology field or relevant work experience required.
• 5 years hands-on experience supporting network, systems, storage, security, and cloud infrastructure required.
• 3 years managing IT professionals.
• Deep understanding of cloud services, network and server infrastructure, high-availability solutions and root cause analysis required.
• A good understanding of Microsoft, computer hardware & software support, and IT security.
• Working knowledge of networking, wireless technology, and network administration.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google cloud required.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate technical content to non-technical users.
• Service Mindset - Proficient in the customer service aspect of technology delivery.

The base compensation for this position is $100,000 to $145,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications.

We support a hybrid working environment requiring 3 days/week in the office, and this position is located in Hawaii-Kai, Honolulu, HI. Our normal business hours are 8am - 5pm HST.
