Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Manager is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Schedule: On-site M-F, 8-5/flex according to business needs

    Compensation: $100k to $120k, depending on experience

    What You’ll Do

    This is a newly created role, as our Gymreapers team is growing! As the Infrastructure Manager you’ll monitor, deploy, implement, and maintain Gymreapers IT infrastructure systems. In addition, you will design and create a proactive IT systems strategy, oversee the maintenance of security practices and ensure the computing environment is up to date and running efficiently. Including but not limited to, this role:

    • Oversee both network and system administration for the company.
    • Works closely with the rest of the organization to implement technical solutions and look for ways to improve our processes as the business scales.
    • Leads hardware and software support, inventory, deployments, onboarding, maintenance, troubleshooting, and sunsetting.
    • Assist in leading the effort of implementing a new ERP system, Fulfil.
    • Researches, evaluates and recommends new and current systems, applications, and hardware.
    • Monitors Company systems for performance and optimization. Analyzes and evaluates existing business processes, needs and security risks.
    • Creates and maintains IT policies, SOPs, and provides necessary training. 
    • Responds quickly to technical issues so problems can be resolved, and our employees can be productive.
    • Maintains relationships and partners with vendors to escalate and resolve issues.
    • Serve as the initial point of contact in troubleshooting and resolving end user help requests.
    • Monitors and checks server and firewall logs, scrutinizes network traffic, establishing and updating virus scans, and troubleshooting.
    • Analyzes and resolves security breaches and vulnerability issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and conducts user activity audits where required.
    • Manages the company's on-premises and cloud applications to provide a reliable and efficient computing environment.
    • Responsible for installing application software; ensuring compliance with regulations and security directives; optimizing system performance; coordinating installation of new services and storage devices; replacing hardware, and managing account modifications such as password resets, additions, and deletions.
    • Responsible for performing control activities in support of cyclical changes to operational workloads, data administration, data compression, reorganization of files, recovery of systems, production of reports, download/upload of information, setup and verification of files and programs.
    • Performs routine maintenance and support for all network devices such as firmware updates and daily configuration changes.
    • Performs installations, updates, and routine maintenance of Company systems as needed.

    What You’ll Bring

    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or related work experience.
    • Experience with systems including but not limited to: Google Suite, Mac OS, Windows OS, PeopleVox, Fulfil, Brightpearl, Shopify a plus.
    • 3-5 years of professional experience in Information Technology or related field.
    • Information technology generalist with the ability to attain a broad awareness of all technologies and their functionalities.
    • Google Workspace administration.
    • Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Windows Server Platforms. MacOS a plus.
    • Experience with backup solutions and concepts.
    • Outstanding conceptual and problem-solving skills.
