Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Manager is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. We are seeking an Enterprise Central Scheduling Associate to join our team! This position will accurately schedule tests and procedures as outlined by regulatory polices and protocols as requested by physician offices and UnityPoint Health ancillary departments in a customer focused and compassionate manner to ensure that patient needs are met. Reviews and obtains current patient information for established and new patients. Accurately enters/updates patient information. Identifies payer source and verifies insurance eligibility. Reviews scheduling system for needed updated demographics and consent forms.
This position is remote but will need to train on-site in Sioux City, IA.
