About the role:
The Manager, Infrastructure & Security’s role is to serve as the leader for establishing a stable, secure and efficient network and systems environment at Rhone’s HQ office and retail stores. This position will manage the provisioning and monitoring/auditing of systems hardware, software, and network; as well establishing policies and procedures to align with Rhone’s business goals and compliance. He/She will work as a lead to maintain and improve the company’s overall security stance and will serve as Project Manager for all security related projects.
What you’ll do:
Contribute to the design, documentation and testing of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning as required
Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information being processed, stored, accessed or transmitted on the network
Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with security policies for corporate and remote work environments
Manage user access provisioning and monitor access for all IT systems, including servers, networking equipment, end user devices, operating systems, hardware, software and SasS applications
Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties
Support the design and implementation of system architecture and interfaces using industry best practices
Ensure the needed level of infrastructure diagrams and documentation are produced and maintained
Forecast system demands and recommend upgrades, expansions and reconfigurations for hardware in corporate headquarters and retail locations
Develop and maintain operational standards, policies, metrics, and procedures, ensuring overall excellence in IT operations
Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements (SLA’s) are met for hardware and security related software
Develop reporting metrics, dashboards and status reports, including performance against SLA’s
Assist the team with project planning and other large collaboration efforts, while fostering an environment of open communication and problem solving
Manage & support retail business processes and functionality focused but not limited to Point of Sale front- and backend application and systems
Support store opening, closing, and relocation efforts from an IT perspective
Administer and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) Software optimizing mobile security while protecting the company’s network
Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up their workstations, ensuring secure access to internal systems, and providing IT orientation
Maintain and troubleshoot company hardware, including video conferencing, computers, printers, and other peripherals for remote employees ensuring all equipment is in good working condition
What you’ll bring:
5 years of experience in infrastructure/security related field; including 2 years managing projects and teams
Consumer product good experience required; retail experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of IT Infrastructure technology standards, guidelines and tools
Strong working knowledge of currently accepted information security standards, guidelines and best practices
Superior process design and implementation skills
Excellent combination of analytical and planning skills
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and delivering infrastructure projects
Excellent communication skills, including both verbal, written, and interpersonal
Experience in large cross-functional teams influencing senior management and key stakeholders effectively across the organization
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to react quickly on changing priorities
