Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations

- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and provide updates on project status
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, procedures, and best practices
- Proficient in construction management software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera
- Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control principles
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
