**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our health center. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for community health and a proven track record of effective leadership and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize health center operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Oversee administrative functions, including patient registration, scheduling, billing, and reporting.
- Implement policies and procedures that enhance patient care and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient care and improve operational workflows.
- Monitor budget and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and support accreditation efforts.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Knowledge of FQHC regulations and requirements.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
