    Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Director of Enterprise Sales to support our growing business units. Qualified candidates will be a results-oriented professional who is enthusiastic and has the ability to align with potential client needs while maintaining the integrity of our business core values. The Director of Enterprise Sales will focus on identifying, scoping, designing, and selling multiple channels, including dedicated distribution and transportation services to targeted industry verticals. This position includes a competitive salary and bonus plan with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.

    Job Details

    What to expect as a Director of Enterprise Sales:

    • Act as lead on solution and pricing development on new business opportunities.
    • Cross-selling of other services within the company offering, including warehousing and distribution services.
    • Develop relationships with decision makers within a targeted group of customers.
    • Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory tracking systems and Transportation Management tools.
    • Act as lead player in developing formal presentations to customers at the executive level.
    • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
    • An expert in at least one area of the supply chain domains providing thought leadership and detailed solutions.
    • Ability to successfully present and influence customers through thought leadership to senior and mid-level managers.
    • Support sales calls, proposals, and participate in oral presentations.
    • Expand competencies across supply chain domains and apply to industry specific solutions.
    • Participate in developing creative thought leading solutions tailored to meet industry and customer needs.
    • Develop business cases and quantify change impact.
    • Help define and articulate differentiated value and competitive advantages.
    • Participate in providing consultative, on-site solutions development.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective business solutions.
    • Develop proactive and reactive business collateral (solutions to problems, RFP/RFI/Proposals/White Papers).
    • Participate in industry events, provide content to thought leadership speeches and papers to help increase vertical industry exposure
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • College degree, MBA preferred.
    • 5-10 years of progressive logistics / supply chain experience.
    • Deep understanding of one or more of the following verticals: High Tech, Consumer Products, Life Sciences (Health Care), Industrial/Mfg., Retail and Food & Beverage.
    • Consulting experience or experience in consultative sales approach.
    • Strong interpersonal skills / team player.
    • Strong team building skills.
    • Keen ability to articulate concepts both verbally and through written documentation.
    • Keen ability to think creatively, integrates ideas, and develops effective solutions.
    • Ability to manage multiple activities at one time.
    • Strong computer skills.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to influence customer’s decision process through creative solution development.
    • Ability to Travel 50%-75%.
