    Commercial Lending Operations Director – Lowell

    What You’ll Do:

    Provides day to day oversight and direction to direct reports responsible for the following areas:

     Commercial Lending Technology Applications

    • Oversees the Commercial Lending Lifecycle Solution utilization and adoption among commercial lending business areas.
    • Ensures technology usages and strategies are aligned with Bank’s goals and objectives, including regulatory requirements.
    • Oversees the engagement with department leaders, key stakeholders, and end-users to understand their needs and concerns related to technology adoption.

     Commercial Lending Compliance Monitoring

    • Ensures compliance with all laws and regulations pertaining to the lending function by working closely with the Bank's legal counsel and the Bank's compliance officer and keeping up to date with all laws, regulations and changes which affect commercial lending.
    • Collaborates with the Chief Commercial Lending Officer, Senior Commercial Lending Compliance Reporting and Compliance to respond to monitoring reports.
    • Collaborates with the Compliance Department and key management to understand the regulatory changes and assist with proper implementation as it relates to commercial lending.

     Commercial Lending Division Training

    • Oversees the training coordination and needs assessment for the Commercial lending business areas to identify learning gaps, assist with process and technology adoption and ensure necessary regulatory information training is proved and completed in a timely manner.
    • Identifies opportunities to create a more cohesive and consistent learning experience across similar positions to ensure that there is a similar approach to how responsibilities are performed.

    This position is Hybrid or Onsite. Candidates from MA, NH, and ME only.

    Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field; and
    • A minimum 10 years of related commercial lending area experience including management experience; or
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience
