    As the Director of Rehabilitation Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our rehabilitation department to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation services, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for promoting optimal patient outcomes.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team, including physical therapy staff, occupational therapy staff, and speech-language pathologists.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing rehabilitation services.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and development among rehabilitation staff.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to enhance the overall patient experience.
    • Oversee the assessment, documentation, and reporting of patient progress, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
    • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of rehabilitation services within the facility.

    **Qualifications:**

    • PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA
    • Current state licensure as a rehabilitation professional.
    • Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.
    • Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations related to rehabilitation services.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of rehabilitation professionals.
