We are looking for a motivated person to join our team as a full-time Operations Manager. This position entails working with our reservations team to organize RV tours, and then coordinating with our field staff to ensure they are executed to our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will act as a project manager, overseeing the logistics of planning out the trip itinerary while incorporating improvements to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. You will be responsible for managing communication through our reservations team with vendors such as campgrounds and activities, and coordinating with our guides to ensure smooth and safe operations.
The best fit for this role is an existing RVer who is looking for a flexible job in the industry. The job can be performed remotely, but we believe your presence in the office is very beneficial (e.g., during onboarding and at points in the busy season). Fortunately, we have a covered, full hookup spot for your use at the office! Other travel is not required for this position, but there will be the possibility of traveling with some of our amazing tours as part of this role. Additionally, we would consider hiring a couple to share in the job responsibilities, as we have had luck with this set up in the past.
