Enterprise Operations Manager manages the daily activities of an enterprise IT operations unit and its equipment. Responsible for planning and achieving budgets, goals, and business objectives.     QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or related field AND one (1) year of full-time work experience in a retail business operation.
    OR
    Associates Degree in Business, Hospitality or related field AND three (3) years full-time work experience in a retail business operation.
    OR
    Must have a High School Diploma or GED AND a combination of education and full-time work experience in a retail business operation totaling five (5) years.
    2. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
    3. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License, - Michigan preferred or if another state must obtain Michigan Driver’s License within 90 days of hire, have a good driving record, and be able to operate fleet vehicles ** Must sign the KBIC Driving Record Check Form. **
    4. Must possess food handler’s certification or obtain within one year of employment.
    5. Must possess excellent time management skills and the ability to execute multiple tasks at a time without losing focus.
    6. Must be able to work cooperatively with a variety of people and possess strong customer service skills.
    7. Must have attentiveness to detail and have the ability to prepare records in a clear and logical manner. Previous Bookkeeping experience is preferred.
    8. Must have previous experience with MS Office Suite software and be able to operate an adding machine, POS systems and a cash register.
    9. Must be able to work with large amounts of currency and large numbers.
    10. Must be accurate, fair and precise in all aspects of duty and responsibility.
    11. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work internal and external agencies necessary to effectively carry out job duties.
    12. Must be able and willing to obtain additional education and training as needed.
    13. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supervise C-store employees to include administering annual and probationary evaluations, scheduling, corrective actions, hiring, and training.
    • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
    • Ensure compliance of employees to company policies and procedures.
    • Assist in ensuring the maximization of production, sales and overall profitability takes place.
    • Assist in controlling expenses through cost savings measures, inventory control, etc.
    • Maintain inventory and stock levels by placing orders as directed by manager.
    • Investigate inventory variations and shortages.
    • Assist with the upkeep of business records.
    • Regularly review cashier and other accountability sheets and records as prescribed by the store manager.
    • Perform administrative duties as required by the manager.
    • Ensure high level of sanitation or cleanliness.
    • Ensure security and safety of facilities; complying with all environmental and safety guidelines.
    • Report any issue of customer or employee misconduct to Manager or the appropriate authority, if necessary.
    • Assist with the identification of operational problems and the development of standards, policies, and procedures.
    • Directly participate in the merchandising and stocking of the sales floor.
    • Provide courteous and prompt resolution of employee and/or customer issues.
    • Perform daily computer entry and paperwork tasks as assigned by the manager.
    • Attend meetings with staff members and lead them in the absence of the manager.
    • Perform basic facilities maintenance.
    • Perform daily till counts and bank deposits as directed by manager.
    • Maintain, track, and invoice house charge accounts.
    • Opening stores, preparation of food, and operating tills when necessary (cashier/deli duties).
    • Assist with completing day-to-day office procedures (submitting bills and necessary paperwork to accounting).
    • Assist with pricing of store inventory.
    • Provide correspondence and reports as directed by the manager.
    • Adhere to all Enterprise policies and procedures and departmental operating procedures.
    • All other job related duties as assigned.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    1. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, bend/stoop and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
    2. Must be able to type, write, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and/or crouch.
    3. Must be able to tolerate varying levels of noise, dust and/or smells.
    4. Employee must pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.
