Position: Operations Manager

Location: Lancaster, PA

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our cleaning teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Training and Development: Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance performance and skill development.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively, striving for quick resolution and customer delight.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and implement best practices to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role within the cleaning industry or related field is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and clients.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
