Enterprise Operations Manager manages the daily activities of an enterprise IT operations unit and its equipment. Responsible for planning and achieving budgets, goals, and business objectives. Being an Enterprise Operations Manager implements and maintains enterprise-wide IT system tools and ensures scalability. Follows established operating policies to mitigate risk. Additionally, Enterprise Operations Manager typically responsible for one or more of the following responsibilities: information systems operations activities, computer operations, data entry, data control, operations support, or operating systems programming. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Enterprise Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     As the VP of Sales Operations, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the sales operations function within an organization. This role is responsible fordeveloping, implementing, and optimizingsales strategies, processes, and systems to drive revenue growth, streamline operations, and enhance overall sales performance. You will be responsible forsupporting our sales team as they secure new business.     Your Mission in Motion:
    Acts as the primary contact for sales compensation issues
    Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the sales operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    Supports the effective use of our corporate CRM and SFA systems to raise salesforce productivity and compliance
    Orchestrates and facilitatesthe weekly forecast review with the Sales Management team
    Works closely with customer success teams on renewal operations and renewal management
    Lead and manage sales management meetings on a regular basis to provide updates on relevant Sales & Services Operations initiatives and development
    Oversee sales operations processes, including the validation of orders, prices, contracts, and billing; responsible for deal approval

    Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning processes to ensure accuraterevenue projections and resource allocation.
    Enable Sales effectiveness through technology, process, messagingand learning
    Ensures availability and provision of relevant bookings, pipeline and forecast reports and dashboards to sales management
    Commission structures, sales quotas, and strategic deployment of Accounts & Territories.
    Oversight of deal desk operations and deal structuring responsibilities.
    Management of comprehensive reporting, analytics, and business intelligence provisions.

    Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with demonstratedexpertisein sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics

    Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on driving results, fostering innovation, and cultivating talent
    Extensive experience rolling out programs and processes across manypeople
    Proficiencyin sales technology platforms, such as CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and sales enablement solutions
    Experience building a high growth customer-facing organization
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leveragedata and insights to drive informed decision-making and business outcomes; expert at building data models
