Job Overview
The Enterprise Product Owner is responsible for working clients through the enterprise product roadmap and building out and supporting our Enterprise Product. Will act in a pre and post sale capacity focused on a consultative and insightful approach to assist in closing the sale and maintaining the momentum during the post sales process. Responsible for working with a Sales Engineer on determining Scope of Work (SOW) and overall Return on Investment (ROI) potential for any prospective clients with large potential. Participates as part of Enterprise Sales Team to educate customers about Chimes Product Roadmap, evaluate and recommend product development priorities, gather requirements from current and prospective clients, and draft statements of work for custom development where needed. The Enterprise Product Owner will serve as the primary technical interface between our customers, sales, and product development. Will be responsible for some Product Training to Enterprise Sales when there are new product releases.
