    About the Team:
    The Enterprise Program Management Office is a team that is expanding for the first time beyond a single PMO, which is very exciting and speaks to the growth that we have seen on the Enterprise Sales business in the past few years.

    About the Role:
    The PMOs are responsible for keeping the org up-to-date with communications and through process improvements. They act as a bridge between the sales team with our cross-functional partners (Product, Measurement, etc). These PMOs will have a very close relationship with the Head of Enterprise Sales and other executives in the organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Build and manage relationships with primary stakeholders in Sales, and strengthen relationships with secondary stakeholders in cross-functional departments across Marketing, Data Security, and others.
    • Identify opportunities for increased cross-functional relationship building by identifying solutions related to process gaps.
    • Write and present internal communications in messages and team meetings
    • Quantify revenue impact of blockers and work with cross-functional partners to unblock through special projects and/or creation of new processes
    • Become an expert with our internal/proprietary project management, operations, and communication tools to help others use them more efficently
    • Work with Enterprise Lead PMO to centralize and roll out process, system, and workflow improvements
    Qualifications

    Requirements:
    • 3 years of project management or operations experience
    • Must be willing to work in NYC
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Strong personal organization systems and ability to manage deadlines
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and technology - in particular, our internal communication/document tool, Lark
    • Strong writing and communication skills, note-taking, and logistic management
    • Ability to stay calm under pressure while solving blockers for the business
    • Candidates should be self-starters who are able to keep themselves motivated in a fast-paced environment; they should be comfortable and familiar with navigating large, matrixed organizations.

    Job Information
    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $60000 - $110000 annually.



    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
